The WineYard at Steinbeck Vineyards specializes in wine education through the vineyards.  We believe that when you understand the farming side of a glass of wine you’ll appreciate wine more than you already do.  Having an educator, Cindy or Tim, explain the wine grower’s desire for quality fruit as well the common sense behind our practices will open your eyes. You’ll also appreciate our lifestyle and passion.

Hospitality has been our family’s passion for generations!  When you join us you’ll be stepping into our family life.  We’ve been welcoming guests to our ranch since 1923 as the homestead was grand central station! 

The roots of our family - the land

Our lifestyle on the ranch mirrors that of our pioneering ancestors. We grow our own vegetables, make our applesauce and venison jerkey. We work hard farming wine grapes - you will experience our love for the land and the appreciation for blessings we've been given. Our passion and love for life will enrich your life and our hospitality is unmatched.

Our Mission . . . is to preserve and enhance the heritage of our family farm by providing educational experiences, teaching land stewardship, and demonstrating the process of growing premium wine grapes, while communicating the history of the region which embodies the essence of Steinbeck Vineyards.
